The Waverly was conceived to break the conventions of Pensacola living. Centered in the Florida panhandle city’s vibrant and lively downtown, it was high-end living, created and curated for a refined lifestyle that had yet to be seen in this market. We worked hand-in-hand with the developer from the start, creating an elevated and modern strategy, name and identity that conveyed an airy, relaxed yet utterly elevated brand. We then carried this through all of their marketing and sales materials, from their stationary system and brochures to their website and event signage.
