Square Feet was tasked with creating marketing that rose to the level of this New Orleans luxury high-rise with its resort-like amenities, selling a lifestyle unlike anything else in the Big Easy. We produced a comprehensive campaign that reflected the vision of the building’s creators and their investment in the future of NOLA. As of February 2018, The Standard is the fastest-selling product in the market, breaking a record for the highest-priced condominium sold in the city for one of its two penthouses.
