As the first phase of a new transit-oriented, mixed-use development in Downtown New Orleans, The Paramount needed a bold campaign that spoke to its location in the heart of the burgeoning South Market District. We created a brand identity that honored the building’s warehouse architecture and proximity to the city’s best entertainment with striking visuals, marquee-inspired elements and compelling copy to create a strong sense of place. The property leased up in just six months, houses some of the city’s hottest restaurants and retailers and maintains occupancy and rents higher than market competition.
