The Beacon, a luxury residential development in the burgeoning South Market District in Downtown New Orleans, was leading a neighborhood renaissance. We took a cue from the clean lines and modern design of AIA award-winning architects Eskew+Dumez+Ripple and incorporated them into our marketing, which highlighted both the modern apartment design and the South Market neighborhood lifestyle. Today, the development is home to a dynamic mix of retailers, restaurants and services, and maintains occupancy and rents higher than its market competition.
